Quote and timing
Each project is unique. You get a custom quote with clear terms on price, timing, and feedback rounds—so nothing comes as a surprise.

Start
If you’re on board, I’ll dive in. You’ll get a few proposals, along with the thinking behind each. Which approach do you prefer? I’ll take that one further.

Feedback Round(s)
Your feedback is key to optimizing the final result. Depending on the project, there may be multiple rounds.

One Step Back
If you request changes after a step is approved, I’ll give you a quick estimate of the extra work it involves.

Fine-Tuning
We adjust the final details until everything feels just right and comes together perfectly.

Delivery
The final files are delivered and the invoice is issued, payable within 30 days. For some projects, I request a deposit or partial payment upfront.
